我国风险投资发展的现状及对策

风险投资是科学技术向生产力转化的主要推动力量和关键的金融手段,因而发展风险投资具有重要的意义.目前我国风险投资的资金来源、企业组织模式、管理人才以及风险资本的退出等方面都存在很多问题,需要进一步加以改进,特别是要拓宽风险资本融资渠道,加强制度法规建设和人才培养,采用经济激励手段,不断健全资本市场,推动我国的风险投资更好地发展.

At present, there are many problems in its source of finance, company organizational models, management personnel and exist of venture capital. Further improvement needs to be made, especially in expanding financing channels for venture capital, strengthening institutions and legislature and personnel trainings introducing financial impetus, and improving capital market, so as to better develop venture investment in China.
