| 摘 要： | 本文在就虚拟物流企业的概念展开分析的基础上,对我国虚拟物流企业的组建问题进行了深入的探讨,提出了我国虚拟物流企业的组织与运行模式、信息系统的建立及其关键技术,其目的在于通过虚拟物流企业的建立加速我国物流企业的发展和核心竞争力的构建.

| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the concept of the virtual logistics enterprises, the paper discusses their formation and operation process. After putting forward the model of formation and operation of the virtual logistics enterprises, the paper focuses on the formation and key technology of the information system. The aim of this paper is to accelerate the development of Chinese logistics enterprise and establishment of core competitiveness in these enterprises. |
