摘    要:以图形化编程语言LabVIEW为软件设计平台,构建基于虚拟仪器技术的大型热处理电加热炉炉温测控系统,实现了对温度数据自动实时采集、分析、处理、显示与精度控制。该系统具有硬件设计简单、软件实现方便、界面友好、参数调节灵活、易于扩展等优点。

Abstract:Based on virtual instrument technology, temperature measurement and control system of heat treatment furnace is built by making use of graphical programming language LabVIEW. The system can achieve the real-time temperature data acquisition, analysis, disposal, display and precision control. And the system has many advantages such as simple design for hardware and software, friendly interface, flexible parameter adjustment, easy expansion.
