| 摘 要： | 蔓延全球的金融危机使河北省的经济发展受到严重影响。产业结构是经济结构的核心。必须加快河北省产业结构的优化升级;以重大项目建设为契机,以增强企业自主创新能力为内动力,大力发展循环经济,不断提高产业集中度,推进信息化与工业化融合,促进产业结构优化升级,增强经济发展的后劲。
