摘    要:"山寨"是高度标准化的产业集群发展过程中因商业趋利性而产生的一种必然现象,其草根性带来的不可规制和随意泛滥对传统产业格局的冲击需要引起政府、行业的高度重视。通过对"山寨"现象的产业基础、资源配置方式、生产组织结构及其与产业内的传统组织竞争关系进行深层剖析,能够帮助我们进一步了解"山寨"的作用范围、发展趋势和局限的边界。同时,透过"山寨"现象所反应出来的标准化对产业集群的影响和作用又是指导我们发展集群经济的宝贵经验。

Abstract:In the process of development of highly standardized industrial clusters, "copycatting (Shanzhai)" is an inevitable phenomenon by the reason of commercial trend toward profit. Its grass-roots complex brings non-regulation and overflowing, leading to the impact of traditional industries. Our government and industry should pay highly attention to this. Through the analysis of copycatting's foundation, resource allocation, production organization and traditional competition in it, we can get some further understanding of its sphere of action, developing trend and limitation. At the same time, we can get valuable experience of developing cluster economy by these impact and influences.
