| 摘 要： | 本文首先分析我国个人账户空账运行的背景及原因,并对为什么要做实个人账户,个人账户的重要作用及其面临的风险和挑战进行剖析;其次,总结出三种做实模式可借鉴与应注意之处;最后,借鉴三种模式经验,理论联系实际,提出推进全国实账化的模式选择及政策建议。
