财经类本科生毕业论文指导模式优化研究

近年来,部分高校在财经类本科生毕业论文指导过程中出现了指导任务大量化、指导时间集中化、指导形式封闭化及指导内容重复化等问题,其主要原因在于对写作缺乏主动性引导,缺乏写作通识教育,缺乏师生互动引导以及缺乏跨期指导等方面。高校应改进本科生毕业论文指导模式,做好毕业论文指导的长期规划,引入非淘汰性竞争压力,增强论文写作通识教育,转型开放式指导,强化跨期指导模式,实现多届循环教育。

Optimizing the Thesis Guidance Mode for Undergraduates Majoring in Finance and Economics

In recent years, some colleges and universities have issues in terms of large quantity, concentrated time, closed form and re- peated contents in thesis instruction for students majoring in finance and economics. The main reasons are the lack of initiative guidance and liberal education for writing skills, teacher-student interaction and instruction across semesters. Colleges and universities should improve the guidance mode, making long-term thesis guidance plans, introduce competitive pressure, enhance writing education and open guidance, and strengthen guidance mode across terms to achieve multi-session cycle education.
