| 摘 要： | 土地价格是土地市场健康运行的关键,建立合理的土地价格是完善土地市场、实现土地资源合理配置的根本保证.现阶段中国土地市场呈现复杂而又多样的特点,影响土地价格形成的因素和力量也具有多样性,因此,只有建立以国家指导价为主体,国家定价和市场定价为补充的定价模式,才能更好的促进土地市场健康、有序的运行.
