| 摘 要： | 新经济由于美国经济的强劲增长日益受到世人的瞩目。对中国这样的发展中国家而言 ,新经济既是机遇又是挑战。但中国有其自身特定的发展阶段和国情 ,这就决定了中国发展新经济必须走一条既符合国际规则又不同于美国的道路。
