| 摘 要： | 在界定智能楼宇系统中消防及其控制系统的构成基础上，分析和系统地整理出导致智能消防与控制系统失效的原因，并运用故障树分析法（FTA）建立了消防控制系统失效故障树，通过定性与定量分析和仿真分析，找出了易导致智能楼宇消防控制系统不能正常工作的故障点，为楼宇的智能消防与控制系统的管理与维修及其优化设计提供参考。

| Abstract: | Based on fire control and its system, the analysis and summary of the composition and the cause of system failure of fire control system in intelligent building, and with the application of FTA, we constitute fault tree of fire control system, then find out the fault point leading to the dysfunction of fire control system in intelligent building by means of quantitative analysis and the simulation analysis, which conceives a new idea of management and system optimization for fire control system in intelligent building. |
