| 摘 要： | 要适应新军事变革的要求,实现现代化武警建设发展,创新科学管理的手段和方法,提高部队科学管理质量是关键。必须在发扬和保持优良传统的同时,积极顺应时代发展,把握部队管理活动内在规律,重点从法规、民主和科技等方面强化管理手段,完善管理体系,确保管理各项要求的落实,切实提高部队管理效益。
