摘    要:商务谈判是一门实践性、操作性很强的课程。商务谈判的学科特点要求商务谈判课程的教学必须突出实践性,重点培养学生解决实际问题的能力。而将课堂理论知识与应用实践能力融为一体的模拟谈判,是实践教学中行之有效的教学模式,它能够更好地体现这种实践性,增强商务谈判课堂教学的效果。从需求的视角,把握《商务谈判》模拟教学的组织、实施和实践,更有利于解决学生们遇到的实际问题,从而提高他们的职业能力。

Abstract:Business negotiation is a practical,actionable course,which requires highlighting the practical,focusing on training students to solve practical problems.Simulation negotiation,which combines classroom theoretical knowledge and practical ability,is the effective teaching model of practical teaching.From the demand perspective,grasping the organization,implementation and practice of business negotiation simulation teaching can help students to solve practical problems,enhance their professional competence.
