| 摘 要： | 规划成果质量的评价对于提高规划成果质量具有积极的意义和重要作用。采用效用函数综合评价法对乡镇级土地利用总体规划成果进行评价,并以雷河镇为实例描述了基于该方法的规划质量评价的应用过程。研究认为,基于效用函数的乡镇级土地利用总体规划质量评价方法行之有效,操作简单。

| Abstract: | The quality evaluation of general land-use planning achievements is significant to improve the quality of planning achievements.This paper aimed to assess the quality of general land-use planning achievements,by the method of Effective-Funtions Comprehesive Evaluation,and describe the application of the method in the case of Lei he town.The study showed that it was feasible and effective to evaluate the quality of general land-using achievements by means of the above method. |
