| 摘 要： | 推动土地利用方式由粗放型向集约型转变,节约和集约利用土地,已是大势所趋;佳木斯市经济发展较快,建设用地指标较少,而农村居民点用地面积较大,浪费情况普遍存在,因此,开展农村居民点整理有其必要性和紧迫性.

| Abstract: | It is a obvious direction that we muse use land from the extensive cultivation to intensive utilization according to the government policy of strict coutro1 of the building land use . The development of economy in Jiamusi is fast and with short building land but the village residential area is too enough and wasteful.So,it is essential and necessitous to readjust the village residential area .I hope a good infection. |
