东亚经济合作进程中的领导者缺位问题探讨

东亚地区有加强经济合作的必要性和可能性，最初的合作构想提出较早，但实际进程十分缓慢，复杂的经济政治及文化差异固然是其原因，但领导者缺位问题无疑十分显著。本文正是从这个角度分析指出，东盟10国无力领导东亚经济合作，日本和中国也缺乏单独领导东亚的能力，加强中日合作才能更好地推进东亚经济一体化进程。

On Shortage of Leaders in Asian East Economic Cooperation

It's necessary and feasible for East Asia countries to improve the cooperation in economy, and the related countries had the desire to do so, but made little progress. The great difference in politics, economy, and literature among East Asia countries is one of the reasons, but it is pointed out here that the lack of leadership is a more serious one. This paper makes a further analysis of China and Japan and make a conclusion that only when these two countries cooperate more harmoniously can East Asia have a brighter future.
