中国商业低碳化发展模式与有效路径

根据现有低碳经济和低碳发展理论研究,从能源消耗情况、温室气体排放、节能减排技术等三个方面分析,目前中国商业低碳化发展面临巨大压力。为此,应从宏观、中观和微观三个层面构建商业低碳化发展模式,即政府的规划与引导、商业企业的运作与实施、低碳技术的创新与应用。尤为重要的是,应就实现中国商业低碳化发展模式的路径选择进行深入探讨。
