| 摘 要： | 通过对影响要素价格动态变化的因素分析,研究要素区域流动过程中要素价格动态变化及均衡,指出要素流动对区域之间竞争与合作关系的影响。新型区域关系实质上就是通过要素的有序流动形成区域之间合作、分工及竞争,实现生产要素在区域整体上的基本最优配置。区域开发主要是由要素的非均衡流动实现的,要根据要素流动的机制与路径来完善政府宏观调控,促进区域间统筹协调发展。
