| 摘 要： | 土地保护最能反映土地资源可持续利用的精神实质，它看似柔弱，实则强硬，看似消极，实则积极，应该成为可持续利用的首选方式。土地保护在实际操作中应有所侧重，我国目前要将耕地资源、森林资源和湿地资源作为土地保护的重点领域，并且注意把土地质量保护与数量保护结合起来。
