湖南作为农业大省，在农业自然资源、社会经济条件和农业科技力量等方面都具有发展质量农业的巨大潜力。目前尚存在着优质品牌农业产品少、农产品加工能力不强，营销水平不高等问题。实施系统工程战略、绿色食品工程战略、可持续发展战略，发展质量农业，生产优质品牌型农业产品，是湖南农业发展的必然趋势。

A STUDY ON QUALITY AGRICULTURE IN HUNAN PROVINCE

Developing quality agriculture and producing agricultural products with good quality is a certain trend to Hunan's agriculture development. Furthermore, as a great agriculture province, Hunan has advantages in agricultural natural resources, social and economic condition and agricultural science and technology to develop quality agriculture. However, there are some problems in developing agriculture such as less agricultural products with good quality, lower level of processing agricultural products .Applying system project, green food and sustainable strategy will be a certain select for quality agriculture development in Hunan.
