| Abstract: | In order to enhance the enterprise management and to coagulate the development concerted effort, from ＂the estab- lishment of the culture system＂ , promotion of the culture management, practice on the promotion system, deepened responsibili- ty of the culture construction and others, the paper summarized the experiences and practices on the culture management to arouse the reform and development activities to provide a soft power, driving force, competitive power and new activity to en- sure the mine health and stable development. |
