| 摘 要： | 党的十八届三中全会明确提出要积极发展混合所有制经济,这是我国经济体制改革的又一重要突破。面临着煤炭企业发展"黄金十年"的终结,煤炭行业需要进一步发挥市场在资源配置中的决定性作用,让各种经济成分共同参与竞争,实现优胜劣汰。因此,大力发展混合所有制,将是今后煤炭行业改革的重要方向,也是解决煤炭企业当前发展困境的重要途径。

| Abstract: | The Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the CPC clearly pointed out that the mixed ownership economy should be actively developed and would be an anther important breakthrough of China economic system reform. Faced to the terminal of the ＂golden 10 years＂ development in the coal enterprises, the coal industry should further play a deci- sion role of the market in the resources allocation, should allow each economic component jointly participate the competition with a survival of the fittest. Therefore a high development of the mixed ownership would be an important orientation of the further reform of the coal industry and would be an important access to solve the present development difficult position of the coal enterprises. |
