论跨国公司模式对我国企业海外拓展的引领作用

Based on comparison advantages of the enterprises in different regions, a space layout of the headquarter, production base, functional departments and each link of value chains would be conducted in order to realize a maximized gen- eral profit finally. The paper pointed out the feasible mode of Chinese enterprises to have the overseas development with the multinational corporation mode, including a layout of the overseas research and development institution, establishment of region- al headquarter or investment company, a global supply chain and network built up, construction of overseas industrial park and others. Finally the paper provided the policy proposals to promote the overseas development of the Chinese enterprises with the multinational corporation mode, including a well management of a perfect legal system, enhanced policy innovation and enterprise cultivation, improved financial support intensity, establishment of the overseas risk prevention and control system for the enterprises and others.
