内外资互动融合:浙江产业竞争力提升的新支点

浙江经济的高速增长得益于民营经济的迅猛发展,但其引进外资的步伐明显落后于广东、江苏、上海等省市。“内资强,外资弱”的“内外资二元结构”阻碍着浙江产业竞争力的快速提升。本文通过比较分析浙江的内外资运行状况,从政府、产业和企业三个层面提出了促进内外资互动融合,提升浙江产业竞争力的对策。

The Interaction of Internal and External Capital: the New Wheel of Promoting Zhejiang Industrial Competitiveness

The rapid growth of Zhejiang economy has benefited from the fast development of the private sectors. However, the utilization of foreign capital in Zhejiang obviously falls behind Guangdong , Jiangsu, Shanghai, etc. The binary structure of rich internal capital and weak foreign capital has already become the obstacle for upgrading Zhejiang industrial competence. Through analyzing the imbalance between domestic and external of Zhejiang capital utilizations, this paper has proposed some countermeasures to promote the interaction of internal and external capital in terms of government, industry and enterprise.
