| Abstract: | With the arrival of the knowledge-based economy, the information technology is playing a more and more important role in every trade and sector. But the present industrial structure of information technology of our country is not rational, but the technological innovation has a great bearing on upgrading to the adjustment of the industrial structure. Bring about an advance in IT industry of our country through the technological innovation, is favorable to IT's optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. |
