日本学园祭有举办时间灵活、学生自主组织、内容丰富多彩、校园对外开放等特征。从人才培养角度看,日本学园祭的有些理念和做法是值得我们研究和借鉴的。中国高校如何建立一个丰富多彩、生机勃勃、特色鲜明的校园文化节,应是各地政府、高校和学生共同努力的目标。文章最后就我国高校文化节的发展方向进行了探讨。

Japanese Campus Culture Festival and Its Enlightenment to Chinese Universities

Japanese campus culture festival is of such characteristics as flexible time, being organized by students themselves, rich in content and opening campus. From the perspective of talent training, some concepts and practices of Japanese campus culture festival are worth learning. This paper suggests that it should be a common goal of government, colleges and their students to create a rich, colorful and vigorous campus culture festival with distinctive features in Chinese universities.
