| 摘 要： | 根据可持续发展理论和系统论原理,参照国内外可持续发展评价指标,从资源环境、经济、社会三个方面选择了31个因素为参评因子,建立城市土地可持续利用评价指标体系和评价模式。运用综合指数法和协调度模型,对泰安市城市土地可持续利用进行综合评价。结果表明,1997-2001年,泰安市城市土地利用经历了从初步可持续利用、基本可持续利用到可持续利用的不同阶段,并不断向更高阶段演变,可持续性不断增强。协调度在波动中趋于上升,协调状况较好。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of sustainable development and the principles of system as well as domestic and world appraisal index for sustainable development, this paper selects 31 factors from natural resources, economy and society, building an evaluation system for sustainable use of urban land. The evaluation conducted in Tai'an City indicates that urban land use there underwent different stages from 1997 to 2001, its sustainability being strengthened continuously. |
