论我国对外贸易的结构局限和转型要求

我国对外贸易发展迅速,但还存在某些重大的结构性问题,其中服务贸易相对滞后阻碍了货物贸易升级,以及货物贸易仍主要依赖于粗放型增长方式是最主要的两大局限,反映了我国还处于国际分工的低端,获得的贸易利益不符合我国贸易大国的地位.理论和实证分析表明,要改善我国在贸易格局中的不利地位,需要加大人力资本投资,提高外贸技术含量,大力发展服务贸易,才能形成推动外贸转型的可持续竞争力.
