摘    要:我国企业信息化经历了文档处理、部门级软件和系统软件等三个阶段。ERP、CRM、SCM是系统软件阶段典型的管理信息系统,但由于是分散的开发设计,各自采用不同的数据标准,在企业内形成了许多的“信息孤岛”。本文首先从企业信息化发展的角度指出三者集成的必要性,接着分析三者集成的可行性,最后详细地分析ERP和CRM、SCM和ERP、CRM的集成并指出两种解决集成的方案。

Abstract:The informationization of enterprise had gone through three stages:document processing?department software and system software.ERP?CRM?SCM which are belong to the stage of system software are typical MIS.A lot of information isolated islands exist in enterprise because ERP?CRM?SCM are designed separately and adopt different data standards.First of all,this article points out the necessity of their integration from the development of the informationization of enterprise,and then analyzes the feasibility of their integration.Lastly,the article studies amply about the integration of ERP and CRM?SCM and ERP?CRM and point out two methods to solve integration.
