马尾松松针挥发油的GC-MS分析及抑菌作用研究

摘    要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取马尾松松针挥发油,通过GC-MS对挥发油组分进行了化学成分分析,并通过滤纸片扩散法测定挥发油对3种食品中常见致病菌的抑菌效果.本实验共鉴定出了23种化合物,其中β-月桂烯和β-胡椒烯含量最高,分别为31.479%和27.837%.马尾松松针挥发油对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌有明显的抑制作用.

Abstract:The volatile oil was of extracted by water steam distillation from Pinus massoniana needles.The chemical constituents of volatile oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The antibacterial action on three common pathogenic bacteria in food of the volatile oil was determined by the filter paper diffusion method.Twenty three chemical components were identified in the volatile oil.The content ofβ-myrcene was 31.479%and the content ofβ-piperonene was 27.837%.At the same time,the volatile oil has a significant inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,and Salmonella.
