土鸡蛋中添加剂斑蝥黄的色谱质谱联用检测方法研究

摘    要:本实验对土鸡蛋中斑蝥黄添加剂色谱质谱联用检测方法进行了研究,利用操作简便的液液萃取净化方法,使用Waters公司BEH C18反相色谱柱结合ACQUITY UPLC超高效液相色谱串联三重四极杆质谱联用仪对目标化合物进行分析测试,实验结果表明,在10~200 ng·mL-1的浓度范围内,线性相关系数大于0.99,斑蝥黄的检出限为5.00 ng·mL-1,定量限为10.0 ng·mL-1,在10~200 ng·mL-1的不同添加水平下,回收率为90%~105%,RSD≤5(n=6),方法快速准确可靠,灵敏度高,操作简便,可满足对土鸡蛋中添加剂斑蝥黄的检测工作需求。

Study on the Detection Method of Additive Canthaxanthin in Free Range Eggs by Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

Abstract:In this experiment,the detection method of additive canthaxanthin in freerange eggs was studied by using a simple liquid-liquid extraction purification method,using a Waters company BEH C18 reversed-phase chromatography column combined with ACQUITY UPLC ultra-high performance liquid chromatography in series with triple quadrupole The rod mass spectrometer was used to analyze and test the target compound.The experimental results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.99 in the concentration range of 10~200 ng·mL-1,and the detection limit of canthaxanthin was 5.00 ng·mL-1,The limit of quantification is 10.0 ng·mL-1,the recovery rate is 90%~105%at different addition levels of 10~200 ng·mL-1,RSD≤5(n=6),the method is fast,accurate,reliable,and sensitive It is high and easy to operate,which can meet the needs of detecting canthaxanthin in freerange eggs.
