| Abstract: | With the acceleration of people’s lives,food safety issues have become increasingly prominent,and the demand for rapid food safety detection technology has become particularly urgent.This article analyzes the application status and significance of food rapid detection technology in food safety supervision,as well as the problems and reasons in the application,and puts forward suggestions on strengthening the application of rapid detection technology. |
