With the advent of the era of smart economy,new requirements have been put forward for the training of professional talents in colleges and universities.Professional talents based on the demand of the food industry can not only meet the needs of the times of regional economic development and the transformation and upgrading of the food industry,but also meet the objective requirements of the training and transformation of talents for the integration of industry and education in colleges and universities.Xuzhou University of Technology has established a demand-oriented professional talent training mechanism for the food industry through a series of talent training practices.Through analyzing the case of Xuzhou University of Technology,it can be seen that higher education institutions should establish professional talent training goals based on the needs of the times and industries,innovate the talent training model of the integration of production and education,build a cooperation bridge between school,government,and enterprise,and do a good job supporting guarantee.
