| 摘 要： | 素质教育是为发展和提高人的素质而进行的教育。它通过各类教育使受教育者达到不同培养目标所要求的素质发展水平。现在大学生普遍存在综合能力、道德素质、文化素质欠缺的问题，加强大学生素质教育显得十分重要。实施大学生素质教育，其先决条件是更新观念、提高认识，其根本保证是高素质师资，其重要内容是人文素质教育，其关键是变革课程体系、培养创新能力。

| Abstract: | The aims of quality education are to develop and improve the people's quality. Through some kinds of education, it makes the students achieve the developing level that cultivates object requestes. This paper discusses how to implement quality education to undergraduates, develop and improve their culture thought and moral quality from coach thought, precondition, ultimate matter, pre - assignment, ultimate means of the quality education. |
