乳品企业核心竞争力评价指标体系研究

摘    要:构建乳品企业核心竞争力评价指标体系及其评价模型,采用层次分析法和二级模糊综合评判的方法,将乳品企业核心竞争力的指标体系量化,使企业能够方便、快捷地判断自己的核心竞争力.加强乳品企业核心竞争力,首先要加强质量管理,树立良好的品牌信誉,赢得消费者的忠诚;其次建立完善的营销网点和科学布局,培养专业化的成员和专业化的操作层序;再次加强产品技术的研发能力,再创企业的生机.

Abstract:Enterprises can judge his core competence conveniently and instantly by evaluation index system and evaluation model.The model take two fuzzy overall evaluation and analytic hierarchy process,and tries quantifying core competence's index system.In order to improve dairy enterprise's core competence,we should improve quality administration,set up a good brand prestige,gain customer's believe, set up a perfect operation net and scientific distribution,training professional employee and operation order,stress on exploitation in technology,rebuild enterprise's new life.
