| 摘 要： | 本文以汉代田庄经营作为中国儒商的起源与典型之一，探求经济与伦理两种重要价值实现生态统一的可能性与现实性，并将统一根由归结为中国传统中的两种文化与精神，即士精神与商精神的合和，提出士商合道是优化经济与伦理价值生态的有效途径。
