| 摘 要： | 现行《民事诉讼法》对民事诉讼证据的规定甚少。虽然最高人民法院出台了有关解释 ,我国的民事证据立法仍有明显的滞后性。本文从三个方面来探讨民事诉讼证据立法 ,以期对未来的证据立法起到一定的推动作用。

| Abstract: | There are fewer stipulations about civil litigation evidence in Civil Procedure of the People's Republic of China.Evidence legislation in civil litigation is obviously lag behind although the Supreme People's Count has formulated some interpretation.The article discusses the evidence legislation in civil litigation thought three aspects and expects to make progress in evidence legislation in the future. |
