| 摘 要： | 国内对发展理论的研究主要是哲学和社会学两个方面。相关研究分析了发展的含义、内涵和国家发展的内容，从不同侧面比较全面地揭示了发展问题。中国共产党历来重视我国的发展问题。邓小平提出了“发展才是硬道理”的论断，江泽民则指出“发展是执政兴国的第一要务”，这反映了中国共产党对发展的意义和价值的科学认识。可持续发展的发展观是当代世界的新发展观。科学发展观是我们党对现代化建设指导思想的重大发展，也是发展理论和发展观的创新，其基本内涵是坚持以人为本。树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观，促进经济社会和人的全面发展。
