| 摘 要： | 根据组织范式理论,在分析宏观金融环境变化对于银行影响的基础上,指出银行应该采取有效的措施。这些措施主要为接近顾客,提供优质服务;进行银行的业务创新;业务做精;业务的交叉。面对宏观环境的变化,银行应该采取积极的措施,由现代组织范式转变为后现代组织范式。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of organizational pattern conversion,this paper analyze the influence of the impact of the change of financial enviroment on bank.It points out that bank should take some effective countermeasures,including high-quality service, operation innovation and intersecting operation.In face of the change of the macro-enrironment banks need transferm their organizational patterns from modern time to post-modern time through these innovative measures. |
