| 摘 要： | 随着我国金融市场的发展,我国保险资金投资的重要性和影响性与日俱增,保险投资的创新性要求也越来越明显,最主要原因在于保险的资产负债匹配性要求。与此同时,从国际惯例来看,保险资金投资多元化已是趋势,包括不动产等投资在其中占据相当大比重。我国保险投资创新工作经过几十年的发展,已经取得了较为显著的成效,但根据市场经济的要求,还需要进一步努力和提高,在加大投资创新力度的同时,相关的制度建设和人才储备也极为重要。

| Abstract: | As China's financial market develops,China's insurance fund investment gains much more importance.And the requirement of its innovation also becomes urgent.Meanwhile,it has become a well-accepted recognition to diversify the insurance fund investment,especially to increase real estate investment.We should make further efforts to boost investment innovation and relevant backstage construction. |
