| 摘 要： | 以二色补血草的种子和无菌苗的叶片作为外植体,建立其高频再生体系,并对其再生植株过程进行系统研究,研究不同浓度的生长素对试管苗成活率的影响,确定其最适宜的初代、继代增殖、诱导生根培养基。
