| 摘 要： | 粮食的生产和流通是影响粮食安全的两个重要因素,目前粮食生产的问题不大,而流通环节的制约因素越来越突出。我国粮食物流体系建设开始起步,市场竞争日益激烈,但其低效率和高成本正成为妨碍我国粮食安全的突出问题。而农产品期货市场以其独特的经济功能、科学的交易体系和严格的交割制度,可以促进高效、畅通、节约的粮食现代物流体系建设。
