调整和提升安徽产业结构的思考

本文依据产业经济学的基本原理 ,对安徽省产业结构的优劣和经济发展水平进行分析。实证显示 ,安徽省产业发展的主要问题是产业结构的不合理和产业质量偏低。造成上述状况的主要原因在于安徽过去一直把建设农业强省作为战略目标。因此 ,提升安徽产业结构的根本出路在于转变思路 ,把工业化与现代化并举作为战略目标。围绕这个目标 ,本文提出了产业结构调整战略及工作基点。

Reflections on How to Modify and Upgrade Anhui Industrial Structures

With the fundamental principles of industrial economics, this paper evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of Anhui industrial structures and its economical development level. The empirical study demonstrates that the major problems that hinder the industrial development lie in the irrationality of the industrial structure and the inferiority of industrial quality. This situation resulted from the fact that the strategic goal of Anhui was to develop it into a major agricultural province. Therefore, we have to change our thinking, upgrade Anhui industrial structure, with industrialization and modernization as the primary strategic goal. At the end of this paper, the author puts forward the strategy of where to start the modification of our industry structure.
