关于贸易大国向贸易强国转型的思考--基于中国科技兴贸战略的实证分析

近年来知识经济和经济全球化对国际贸易格局产生了重大影响,高新技术产业已经成为推动国际贸易高速发展的主导力量,实施科技兴贸战略是实现我国由贸易大国向贸易强国跨越的必由之路。本文用数据对比分析实施科技兴贸战略前后进出口状况,尤其是高新技术产品出口的变化,从中可以看出通过实施科技兴贸战略实现了我国外贸出口的跨越式进步。同时,文章总结了我国实施科技兴贸战略期间的成绩和存在的问题,并给出了相应的政策建议。

Technological Progress Stimulating Trade: the Way from Large Country to Strong Country--An Empirical Study on Chinese Stratagem of Trade

In recent years,knowledge economy and global economy have deeply influenced the international trade.Because hi-tech industry becomes the pioneer of the development of trade,the stratagies of technological progress stimulating trade can take China from large-trade country to strong-trade country.The article reviews Chinese process of technological progress stimulating international trade from1999 to 2004,and analyzes comparatively the hi-tech production export deference between before and after executing the project.So the experience and lesson can be acquired,which can give the suggestion to police of Chinese international trade.
