Since China carried out the open door policy and especially entered into WTO,fast-grown national econo- my,persistently strengthened economic power,and in- creased enormously foreign exchange reserve will provide do- mestic enterprises with a powerful material foundation for foreign direct investment.The huge balance-payment sur- plus,continued appreciation of RMB,and increased conflict with foreign countries will force Chinese enterprises to speed up their foreign direct investment.This article aims to dis- cuss the ways and paths to foreign direct investment,laying stress on the advantage-driven and advantage-creating foreign direct investment,and the active policies and measures.
