加强实践教学 突出高职教育特色

加强实践教学是高等职业教育培养目标所决定,是突出高职特色的关键。本文分析了加强实践教学的意义,就目前高职实践教学中存在的相关问题,结合自己长期实践教学的经验,并借鉴同类院校促进实践教学的成功做法,就高职院校如何加强实践教学,培养学生知识应用能力和岗位适应能力,突出高职教育特色进行了论述,在实践教学的方法与途径提出自己的观点和一些应对的措施。

Strengthening the Practice Teaching and Highlighting Characteristics of Higher Vocational Education

Strengthening practice teaching is determined by training objective of higher vocational education,is the key to highlight higher vocational characteristic.The article takes analysis on the significance of strengthening the practice teaching in consideration of related problems in practice teaching of higher vocational colleges,combing with our long-term experience of practice teaching,and makes a discussion on how to strengthen practice teaching,foster students′ knowledge-applied and position-adapted abilities,highlight characteristic of higher vocational education,learning from successful practices similar institutions promote practice teaching.And my own opinions and measures on the methods of practice teaching are provided.
