| 摘 要： | 本文运用复杂系统理论,对城市市容环卫标准化管理进行系统构建,全面分析其外部环境、要素结构、运行机理等内容,提出了市容环卫标准化管理系统模型。本文以西安市莲湖区为例,对该区市容环卫标准化管理进行解析,为推进城市市容环卫管理工作提供了有益借鉴。
