| Abstract: | In the construction of university Party organization in basic level,we should use psychological mechanism and follow the psychological law,and take appropriate measures and develop positive influence of psychological effect,in order to profundity arouse the awareness of Party member and actualize scientific management of Party member,which are the new requirements to establish long-term mechanism of Party members work during the new period. |
