摘    要:本文在胜任力已有研究成果的基础上,构建出具有高职院校特色的高职院校中层管理者胜任力模型,并阐述如何在实际招聘中应用,期望为增强高职院校中层管理者选拔和配备的科学性与客观性提供依据,为高职院校选拔中层管理人才提供明确的途径和可供选择的方法。

Abstract:On the basis of competency research result in the past,this dissertation will construct comeptency model of middle level administer which has the feature higher vocational colleges in order to develop a middle level administer selection system based on competency with the hope that it can provide scientific and objective foundation for the selection.
