眼科患者术前访视探讨

目的:密切护患关系,了解病情信息,减轻患者对手术的恐惧感,降低手术风险。方法:手术室护士术前访谈病人,了解患者基本病情,消除医患之间的陌生感,对手术相关内容进行讲解,教会患者手术配合的方法。结果:降低了患者对手术的忧虑与恐惧感,术中积极配合,缩短了手术时间,无手术意外发生。

Discussion on Visiting the Ophthalmic Patients before Operation

Purpose: To develop the close relationship between nurse and patient,understand the patient information,reduce patients' fear sense to surgery and reduce surgical risks.Methods: The nurses visit the patients before surgery to understand the basic condition of patients,eliminate the strange sense between doctor and patient,explain the operation-related content,and instruct the method to coordinate the operation to patients.Result: The patients' anxiety and fear to surgery is reduced,the patients actively coordinated the operation,the duration of operation is shortened,and there is no accident.
