| Abstract: | Combining with the reality,Shijiazhuang Radio & Television Station carried out the activity of "Benchmarking Advanced Radio and Television and Creating Advanced Radio and Television Station",pursued excellence,and had achieved remarkable results.This paper closely contacted with reality,summarized the experience from strengthening organizational leadership and implementing responsibilities,being based on reality and identifying benchmark,implementing improvement and establishing long-term mechanism in three aspects,and proposed the direction of next step. |
